The Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas recently awarded grants to 12 initiatives addressing behavioral health in Arkansas.

“The Blue & You Foundation recognizes the urgent need to address behavioral and mental health challenges across Arkansas,” said Rebecca Pittillo, president of the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas. From improving access to care in underserved areas to supporting innovative programs that address substance use disorder and youth mental health, these grants are designed to make a meaningful difference. By partnering with organizations committed to these critical needs, we are coming together to create healthier communities and provide hope and support for Arkansans.” Since 2001, the Blue & You Foundation has awarded more than $65 million in grants to Arkansas nonprofits and governmental agencies.

2025 Blue & You Foundation grant cycles

The Blue & You Foundation mini grant program is being updated to offer $1,000 – $5,000 grants.

The 2025 grants will support nonprofit organizations, government entities, churches and schools, colleges and universities that apply for health initiatives in the following categories:

  • Emergency medical equipment
  • Maternal and pediatric health
  • Food pantry support
  • Health initiatives at a public university, college or school

2025 mini grants open on January 1 and will be evaluated and awarded each quarter of the year. Applications are accepted in the first two months of each quarter.

  • July 1: Letters of intent open
  • July 12: Letters of intent deadline
  • November 5: Award announcements
