Favors

Regina “Reggie” Favors, who served Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield for more than 40 years, advancing from claims processor to president and chief executive officer of Pinnacle Business Solutions, was among the ninth class of the 2025 Arkansas Women’s Hall of Fame.

Throughout her outstanding career, Favors displayed excellent leadership and inspired others by breaking through the glass ceiling and rising to executive leadership at Arkansas Blue Cross.

Favors and the other women were inducted during an August 21 ceremony at the Statehouse Convention Center in the Wally Allen Ballroom. Other inductees included Margaret Bogle, Bettina Brownstein, Paula J. Casey, Stacie Jones, Maud R. Crawford, Rosa Marinoni and the All-American Red Heads Basketball Team, the country’s first women’s professional basketball team.

Favors joined Arkansas Blue Cross as a claims processor in 1968. Throughout her 43-year career at Arkansas Blue Cross, she held several management roles, focusing on one-on-one connections with colleagues at every level. Ultimately, she was named president and CEO of Pinnacle Business Solutions, Inc. (PBSI), a subsidiary of Arkansas Blue Cross, where she served until retiring in 2011.

Favors’ dedication to her community is seen in her work on 33 boards and her commitment to her alma mater, Arkansas Baptist College, where she served as interim president on three occasions.
