Great feedback on seeking prior authorizations

In our summer issue, we asked you about your experiences with obtaining prior authorizations. More than 350 readers responded. Your comments gave us some better insight into your experiences. Here is a sample of some of the responses we received:

One reader asked for better and more seamless communication between all parties involved. Someone else asked that we make it easier to get prior authorizations for prescriptions. Another praised a new feature we’ve added on the Blueprint Portal.

“I love that we can now see the progress on the portal,” wrote member Karen D. “The hardest part was not knowing the status of the request or at what point in the process we were.”
